HOW TO USE A CROSS CRAWL

How to use a Cross Crawl to clear emotions to situations or issues.

This is an Energy Phycology Protocol.

Mind Rewire uses this technique in certain instances of stubborn issues that are consistently being fought with.

This is simple… Don’t make it hard…

This is like marching- You can do standing or sitting…

What doing cross craw exercise can do.

Doing an intentional series of cross crawls to a specific subject, and following this protocol will show you which hemisphere of the brain the issues is stuck in- and aid you in clearing out the issue.

To use to identify which hemisphere is holding onto the issue-

Step 1. Looking straight forward- Think about the issue or project, you are working on. Feel the edge of the emotions to it. Don’t step to deep into it or let it take over.

Be aware, YOU are in charge here!!!

Step 2.  Take a deep breath and with your head straight forward and chin parallel to the floor look high up and to the right-  think about the issue- notice how you feel inside your body- Good, open expansive…  Or Sick, agitated, nauseous…

Just notice- you can right things down so you don’t forget…

Now do the same to the left-

Your eyes may actually hurt- or you may feel an emotion. If it is anything less than good- you will Balance it…

If when you are looking up to the right it is coming from you left hemisphere- and vise versa…  How to Clear the issue in a specific hemisphere. (Follow step 3)

Step 3  How to balance the hemisphere                                                                                  Use the Cross crawl- directions follow below…

  • March in place- left knee to right elbow and right knee to left elbow.
  • If you are stable, do this standing if not do it seated.
  • If the right side looking up was painful or with a negative feeling, WE will balance it.

Start the marching as described above-  2 or 3 marches to get the movement THEN look up and to the right and think about the issue.

It WILL throw off your balance so BE CAREFUL.

Do a series of 10 to 20 marches thinking about the issue, stop take a few breaths.

If necessary, do the other side.

Step 4   Breath-

  • Test it…Go back and think about the issue -Think about it looking up and to the right…             –  Feel, what does it feel like now?                                                                                                 -How does it feel different?                                                                                                           -Do the other side- notice, feel…                                                                                                   -Repeat if necessary-

Step 5 BONUS To take an extra action- use a whole brain state to clear out the emotional issues to the event.

Now you can add in the use of a whole brain state- To finish and seal in the good feeling you want.

You just took something out of the system- add something back in…

What was the issue you were working on- flip it – rewrite it… do a total reversal even if it does not seem true now. You want to say it in the most positive, beneficial way possible.

Put that statement or thought into a whole brain state. See my Video on a whole brain state-

While in the state, be your strongest superhero.

Really feel it… think about what you are creating and adding into your system.

Look at it from all sides, and really feel it. Be there putting all of your attention on this good thing you are creating for as long as you can hold your attention to it- at least 10 mins.. or work yourself up to that.
